Common questions
Is this a live GPS tracker?
No. FIDELE uses Apple Find My with AirTag. It is ideal for daily life in cities, parks, daycare, and travel, but it is not a dedicated live GPS tracker for remote off-grid situations.
Do I need a monthly subscription?
No monthly subscription is needed for AirTag and Apple Find My.
Will this fit my dog?
Use your dog's neck measurement and our size chart. If your dog sits between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for comfort.
Can I add engraving?
Yes. You can add name engraving as an optional add-on during product selection.
